29. Appeal to the Immigration Tribunal £250 per hour plus 20 % vat if applicable. The average time to prepare an appeal and file the same together with preparing statements will be about 20 hours.
30. Permission for Judicial review in country application are £2500.00 plus 20% vat, if applicable. Please note that you may be eligible for legal aid and therefore please discuss your personal circumstances with the firm.

Most immigration applications have a related disbursements in the form of home office application fees, immigration health surcharge and home office biometric enrolment fees. In immigration cases, not all cases are subject to VAT. If you are subject to VAT, you will be notified in advance.
